Used around the world, the Multiple Launch Rocket System® (MLRS®) fires surface-to-surface rockets as well as the army tactical missile system and can fire up to 12 MLRS® rockets in less than a minute. Even more impressive, the computerized fire control system for loading and unloading the launcher can be operated by just a single solider. In Spring of 2003 the MLRS® was deployed in Operation Iraqi Freedom and, for the first time in combat, fired the Army Tactical Missile System Quick Reaction Unitary missile, capable of striking targets 185 miles away with its Global Positioning System guidance.
Packed with printed elements and play functions, the MLRS® kit dubbed “Brick Separator II” complete with an elevating and rotating rocket system, accessible detailed engine, and spacious crew compartment.
