Kübelwagen

Officially designated a car and not a truck, the Kubelwagen (“tub car”) was designed using the chassis and rear engine design of a Volkswagen Beetle, with upgraded independent suspension and a reinforced steel chassis. Significantly lighter than the American Jeep, the Kubelwagen featured better fuel mileage and effective off-road handling without the use of four-wheel drive. When production ceased at the end of the war, 50,435 Kubelwagens had been produced.

Featuring four custom-printed doors and room for up to five minfigs, the Brickmania Kubelwagen model realistically portrays the unique design of the vehicle. The model also includes several true to life features, including an opening rear engine compartment with printed panels, a spare tire, posable wind guard, and anti-aircraft mounted BrickArms® MG34.

All Brickmania model kits are made of new-condition LEGO bricks and this one includes compatible weapons by BrickArms. This model comes disassembled and includes completed printed building instructions and comes packaged in a sealed box. This is a limited edition kit and production may be discontinued at any time.
